Terms & Conditions

The price is stated in SEK (if you do not select another currency) including VAT. The price that applies is what is stated in the webshop the day the order is made.
In Sweden, Norway and Finland, Klarna's payment method works in other countries, it is Paypal that applies.

We offer in cooperation with Klarna in Sweden, Norway and Finland invoicing to private individuals and companies. Payment terms 14 days. When you choose to pay against the invoice, a credit report is made on your social security number. A comparison is also made between the social security number and the population register address to ensure that the person is really the person he / she claims to be. This means that your order can only be sent to your population registration address.

The personal data is only stored in our customer register. The register belongs to and is used only by Miss Fräken.se and Klarna. The information is not disclosed to other companies or persons.

Payment terms against invoice are 14 days.
An individual credit check is made by Klarna.

Our webshop in Sundsvall
You can get in our warehouse at Östermovägen in Sundsvall. Times by appointment. Please make your order via our webshop even if you want to pick up the goods in the store so we can pack and make sure everything you want is at home.

Delivery time
We will send your order within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated. However, with reservation for final sales and possible delivery delays. If so, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you have ordered goods with different delivery times, your order will be sent when all goods are at home. Contact us if this is a problem for you.

To order
If the product has been specified as an order item, this means that we do not have the product in stock, but we order it when we have received your order.
Note that it is not an open purchase or exchange right on order items!

Mode of delivery
If the package is small, it will be delivered directly to your mailbox. Otherwise delivery to your nearest delivery point. We use DHL and Posten. Always check that the package is undamaged before leaving the delivery point.

Open purchase / Return
You have the full right to switch to another product, color or cancel your purchase within 14 days. Send us an email with the order number and which item it is. If you wish to return an item you are responsible for the return shipping. The product must be unused and returned in original packaging with any original documents and your customer information. After we have received and checked the goods, we deposit money into your account within 30 days. We reserve the right, in the event of a return of goods, to make a depreciation deduction if the condition of the goods has changed to such an extent that it can no longer be sold to another customer without deducting the selling price. Goods that are returned for cash on delivery or on demand are not triggered by us. If the invoice time goes out before we have handled your return, you go into Klarna.se or via the app and dispute the invoice yourself.
Please note that it is NOT open purchase or exchange right on order items (goods we do not have in stock that are ordered specifically for you from our supplier) as well as discounted products.
Replacement of goods - The same conditions apply as for open purchase, see above. You then place a new order yourself.
Shipping company - You choose which freight company you use when sending back packages.

Unclaimed goods
Announced goods that are not picked up by the customer and therefore return to Fröken Fräken, we charge return shipping for. We charge SEK 500 to cover the return shipping and the administrative fee we have to pay to the shipping company in order for them to notice the package for uncollected / triggered packages where the total value of the order is less than SEK 500 (incl. Shipping, possibly invoice fee) For orders exceeding a total of SEK 500 to 1000kr is charged 800kr to cover our costs. For parcels with a value of over SEK 1000, the return freight and our compensation claims may vary depending on whether it is something big and heavy that, for example, has gone on a pallet or not. The minimum is 500 SEK, but an unresolved package that goes back to us on pallets, for example, can cost over 2000 SEK in freight. We then charge exactly the amount it costs. We will not replace lost packages if incorrect or incomplete address information has been provided. If the package has returned due to incorrect address information or telephone numbers so that the package cannot be announced, the same conditions as above apply.

Always check packages while you are at the delivery point! If you see an obvious damage to the carton or hear that it is rattling suspicious then open the package when you are left at the delivery point. The staff there report that the carton is damaged etc. Then you contact us via email info@frokenfraken.se
NOTE! A complaint must be notified to us no later than three days from the time you have collected your item. Enter your order number in the email. If you do not discover the damage until you arrive home, you will contact us then. We always want to see photography on both damaged goods and packaging. We are, of course, responsible for any return shipping on complaints. Then we will send you a new item or give you the money back.
When it comes to artificial plants, a cracked inner pot (the plastic pot in which the plant comes in which is to be placed in an outer pot) is not the reason for complaint. However, we can send a new inner pot if you say.

Personal data storage
By accepting these general order terms when you make the purchase, you consent to the processing of the personal data you provide to Miss Freek according to our privacy policy.
Fröken Fräken Blommor AB is the personal data manager for the information you provide. The information is processed to be able to administer your purchase in order to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer. The data may also be used for marketing purposes. As a customer you have the right to oppose your personal data being used for marketing purposes. Notification of such advertising block is made in writing to Miss Fräken, Östermovägen 41, 854 62 Sundsvall.

Our Norwegian customers are responsible for any fees for customs and VAT that come on in
voice afterwards. Otherwise, our purchase conditions above apply.
